"We’ve stayed at this property several times when visiting family. The staff is always helpful, the public areas are clean, and our room is always top notch. The hotel is close to I75 and several nice restaurants."

"The room and breakfast were really great. It would be nice if the TVs were 'smart' so I could sign into my netflix or something, rather than channel surf, but that's just a nitpick. My main issue was that the pool was a big reason I booked...but it didn't look welcoming at all. My kids said it looked like somewhere a teenager in a horror movie would go into. "The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped."

"I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

"We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...

"It was the worst hotel ever the sheets had dirt marks on them and nail polish on the bed cover and they were stained they spent all there money in the front and just left the inside dirty smelly and the keycards didn’t even work they were one time use only we had to get four keycards and the front desk was not inviting and they had building material and only two small tables the hotel itself was outdated and Bradley need of modernization. Walls were paper thin and people were barbecuing outside...

"Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later.
