Perfect A Caruna getaway

Stayed at Riazor after a week on the Camino de Santiago. Was a great location to relax. Our room overlooked the beach. Hotel is convenient to everything. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this property.

nice location for the hotel, we didn't have the view, but walking out and to go to the beach, was excellent, good distance to the shopping area and the restaurants, very easy. however the bathroom didn't have the toilette brush, neither bidel, and a few long heir in the shower room, so the cleaning was not 100%, a part of that, good but not for 4 stars.

Great location

This was a lovely located property overlooking the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable (bath a little dangerous to have a shower in). Would have loved to have information readily available what you could do in the hotel (drinks dinner etc) but not obvious anywhere.

Great stay. Lovely room just found it weird to only have three pillows and not four so we could have two each. We also found the pillows uncomfortable, but the bed was great and really comfy. Amazing breakfast choice and great friendly staff. Will absolutely stay again

Hotel with a view.

This hotel has a prime view out over the stunning Riazor beach. Pay extra and get a view out over the ever changing turbulent Atlantic. The reception and bar are both large marble spaces meaning they are impressive but rather sterile. The bar is also the dining area which means there is a conflict of interest with one day there being a social gathering and when there are diners you cannot sit at the seaview tables. The rooms have stunning views with large glass frontage. The beds are comfortable but the organisation of the rooms is odd with little storage space and empty spaces. Breakfast seemed ok but service was not very friendly or helpful.

Mediocre hotel but attractive price and location

Location was great and a wonderful view of the bay. For a 4 star hotel, I found the staff indifferent and aloof. The breakfast had good variety but the food was cold both days, scrambled eggs & bacon should be hot … a lack of attention to detail and perhaps a misunderstanding of expectations.

Comfy, quiet, well-located

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Check-in was easy and efficient after a long a stressful travel day. Despite being on the 2nd floor, there was a break in the trees across the street allowing a beautiful view of the bay. Don’t know if the rooms either side of me had as good of a view. I watched the waves for hours, especially as a storm rolled in. Location was nice and central, and the bed was comfortable. Despite being right on a busy road, room was well-soundproofed. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel, the second night, while diong the walk to Santiago de Compostela, using the English way. Our first night in Ferrol was at a different hotel. After walking stage, one, we had a taxi pick us up in Neda and bring us to this hotel. Everything I can say about the service and the hotel itself were outstanding. Their price is so good that it was even $10 cheaper than the hotel we stayed at the night before also in Ferrol. Indeed, the service was so good, that they helped get us dinner earlier than what is usually the Spanish standard, they prepared the meal for us by 7 PM. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, comfort, cleanliness, and very modernized. My partner says that the fish he had was outstanding, and I had pork it was also very good..
