"Cuando hemos llegado el nivel de limpieza no era adecuado y el colchón del sofá cama donde se suponía que tenían que dormir mis hijos roto y el sofá con manchas. Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. Aunque sí que en todo el momento se han ofrecido a arreglar la situación y rápidos en la respuesta."

"Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice."
