Outside of our window on the 5th floor, right below us was the exhaust fan of the restaurant. It was so loud that keeping the window open was not an option. The reception promised me that it would be turned off by 8:30pm. Well ... it NEVER TURNED OFF! I do not like to be lied to. We like to sleep ...
