Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff.

En la web del hotel se indica que todas las habitaciones estándar tienen dos camas individuales o una de 2x2. La nuestra era solamente una cama de matrimonio. El baño necesita renovación, da aspecto de sucio con zonas con moho.

Habitación abuhardillada. En la zona baja bastante poca altura, tanto es así que me di un golpe bastante fuerte en la cabeza al ir a coger ropa al armario que está en esa parte. Cama muy cómoda. Nos gustó mucho la comodidad de la cama y la amabilidad del personal. Falta un repaso importante de mantenimiento en muchas cosas....grifo que baila, ducha que no se queda arriba, paredes desconchadas, en el spa falta un repaso a las instalaciones: sauna que no cierra, ducha sensaciones que le faltan mini chorros, faltan gresites en el vaso de la piscina con riesgo de cortarse. Por encima de todo, comodidad y confort de la habitación..

La información brilla por su ausencia

Viajé con mi familia a La Granja en plenas fiestas. Supimos con antelación por el personal del hotel que eran las fiestas de la localidad, pero en ningún momento nos informaron de que las calles estarían cortadas ni de las dificultades reales que habría para aparcar (es más, nos habían dicho todo lo contrario: que, a pesar de las fiestas, podríamos aparcar en las proximidades del hotel). Tampoco nos avisaron de que, para llegar al hotel, no teníamos que atravesar la verja, sino que debíamos desviarnos antes a la izquierda. Esta información nos la proporcionaron cuando hicimos el registro y tras, al parecer, hacerles mucha gracia que nos fuera realmente difícil encontrar el hotel. De hecho, según el personal, el desvío en cuestión estaba indicado, algo que comprobamos y descubrimos que no era así. A diferencia de otros lugares que hemos visitado, el personal no nos habló de lo que podíamos hacer durante nuestra estancia. Precisamente, nos enteramos de casualidad de que en nuestra primera noche había un encendido especial de una de las fuentes. Cuando regresamos al hotel, nos sorprendió que nos preguntaran qué tal había ido el evento, ya que así comprobamos que eran conocedores de esa información y no nos la habían transmitido. De todas formas, debo resaltar que la información en líneas generales brilla por su ausencia en toda la localidad. Para acceder a ella, hay que preguntar a varias personas, consultar diferentes fuentes y luego extraer tus propias conclusiones.
