"Es un hotel aceptable, buena relacion calidad precio. Pero si nos decepcionó un poco el staff, algunos muy atentos pero la directora de recepción muy decepcionante cuando prohibió que nos rellenaran una botella de agua fría cuando estaba a 38°C y el hotel no tenía donde rellenar ni brindaba agua en la habitación. Cositas básicas que hacen la diferencia, probablemente ya no volveremos a éste hotel."

"The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. When we asked for help booking taxis around Sitges and to the airport they did that for us and they were always on time. They have towels to use at the pool that can be replaced daily with clean ones. The bar is convenient with a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. "A great mid-size hotel in Sitges, only 10 mins from the centre of town. Lovely quiet retreat just one block from the sea. The rooms are bright and cool with generous balcony space. We loved spending time at the pool and having lunch in the bar. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Would love to return!"

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. "In a very good yet quiet location. Excellent staff. We were made to feel extremely welcome and the proprietor gave us a map of the city and explained where everything of Interest could be found. The rooms exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable with crisp linen and whilst it was quite basic accommodation, it had everything needed for a couple of nights.
