"This hotel was kind of like a bed and breakfast, without the breakfast. I think it was owned and operated by a husband and wife, who were very friendly, but spoke no English. The rooms were very clean. There was 1 toilet and 1 shower per floor with a sink and bidet in your room. There was no air conditioning so you had to leave the French doors to the balcony open for cooler air. In July, it was very hot on the 4th floor.
