Enkelt rum. Frukosten ute eller inne i uterummet hade en fin utsikt. Poolen och poolområdet låg fint. Lite långt från centrum och svårt att förstå sig på när bussarna gick. Det går bra att gå in till stan. Skönt med poolen efter en vandringsdag i Cinque Terra.

mikroskopisk lejlighed til overpris/trafik larm

Sikk en skuffelse :( Villa Ninna er en pæn villa ligger på en skråning flankeret af 2 meget trafikerede gader. Det var så meget trafik larm at de to plastik stole placeret ved indgangen (“terrasse”) kunne ikke benyttes. Vi bookede “studio appartement”, den var placeret i kælderen af huset, der var vindue ved indgangen og ellers ingen dagslys eller udsigt. Hele lejligheden er en lang “tarm” inde i kælderen. På værelset udover dobbeltsengen var der placeret en sovesofa så udover en smal passage til toilettet var der ingen plads. Vores kufferter måtte stå i “køkkenet” Billeder som var lagt op på Hotels.com viser fint udsigt fra haven til havnen. Det er sandhed med modifikationer. Det er kun de værelser som er placeret øverst i villaen som har udsigten. Prisen var 230 eur/nat, vi skulle blive i 3 nætter men besluttede at forlade stedet efter 1 overnatning og fandt en anden hotel. Sjældent følte jeg mig så snydt, det var helt til grin. Booking var “not refundable” så der var intet at stille op :( Objektivt: værtinden var venlig, muligt at finde parkering ude på vejen hvis man ønsker at tage risiko. Villaen har kun 1 parkeringsplads indenfor til10 Eur pr nat. Morgenmaden serveres ved siden af pool(så pæn og ren ud) og der var alt man kunne tænke sig på morgenbordet. Vil man ligge ved poolen (fine solsengen) må man være indstillet på at høre på trafikstøj. Der er meget langt at få til centrum (ca 30 min) og området er ikke trygt om aftenen så tag en taxa.

Check in process was bad. Check in time was 6 pm, but my schedule not allou to come at 6, so I call Hotels.com and request contact property for additional information about time. I got email to confirm check in at 8pm. On arival day I try to call property 30-45 min bifore 8pm nobody answer a phone and I start to wory. When I arrived shortly bifere 8pm the gates were luck and nobody there. I try to call, ring the bell, but nobody answered. Owner came about 8:30 and did check in without problem. Rest of the stay was OK.

Beautiful Villa!

Great little villa! Beautiful, clean, modern and friendly service! Location was a 30 minute walk to the boat cruise marina, 20 min walk to the train station for Cinque Terre. Breakfast is a must! Delicious pastries, and the best coffee I’ve ever had!

Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Litt bratt terreng og mange trapper på hotellet. Men flott utsikt. Vi fant en gangsti til bussholdeplass og vandring inn til sentrum var ca 2.5 km.

Semplicemente perfetto

Ho viaggiato con mio marito e due cani. La proprietaria è gentilissima ed accogliente; ci ha dato la stanza vista mare nonostante avessimo prenotato quella vista città..il mio primo upgrade :) La vista è sul porto,ma vi assicuroo spettacolare,così come la villa stessa in cui vi sono le stanze. Vicina al centro,per noi è stato l'ideale:fuori dal casino del capodanno per i cani,raggiungibile in tre minuti d'auto per noi,fattibilissimo anche a piedi. Sulla strada che conduce verso le cinque terre. Stanze pulite e avevo paura per il bagno...nuovo, pulito,spazioso ed elegante! Che dire...abbiamo chiuso l'anno in bellezza e ricominciato ancora meglio con gli occhi pieni di mare al risveglio.

J'avais réservé une chambre pour moi et pour mon épouse, il y a aucune panneau signalisation d'hotel, il est mal placer et il y a aucune éclairage, on voyage plusieurs fois par année, chaque fois je réserve nos séjours par internet. le réceptionniste voulez 50,-- euro de plus pour ma femme que je l'ai réservé seulement une seule personne qui n'étais pas juste. j'ai refuser de payer et on a été à une autre hotel.

Location moderna è dotata di tutti i confort offre monolocali ampi con zona giorno e angolo cottura, zona notte e ampio bagno ovviamente climatizzato, non c’è la cassaforte, però abbiamo un ampio frigo con acqua a disposizione gratis. Posizione spettacolare e locali esterni curati con piscina e solarium e zona bar separata dalla struttura principale per fare colazione a bordo piscina. Fantastico!

Neues Haus mit Schwimmbad und Hafenblick

Neubauvilla am Hang gebaut. Zum Einchecken muss man mit den Vermietern Kontakt aufnehmen und die Uhrzeiten absprechen. Wir hatten neben dem Kühlschrank und Safe sogar eine Kochgelegenheit, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Zimmer sind neu und sauber, ebenso wie das gesamte Gelände (mit Stufen) sehr schön angeglegt ist. Pool: nicht genutzt, da noch zu kalt. Aber es gibt Liegestühle und Sitzgruppen. Frühstück am Pool - und in der kleinen "Bar" daneben. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Säfte, Obst, leckere Minibrötchen - Profi-Cappuccino, lecker. Auschecken - problemlos, einfach Schlüssel stecken lassen. Zimmerreinigung täglich. Ausblick auf den Hafen, Parken kostenlos auf der Straßenseite gegenüber. Restaurant: entweder in La Spezia oder sehr lecker: 2-3 Km den Berg hinauf Richtung Cinque Terre. WLan kostenlos.

Disappointing overall: Uncomfortable Ikea-style bed with a thin mattress, wafer-thin pillows, occasionally intermittent WiFi, refrigerator that took overnight to cool three cans of soda, a small (laptop monitor-sized) television mounted nearly 2m above the floor, and an adequate breakfast. After being told at check-in that we could enjoy the poolside breakfast, we were advised as we ate ours on the second day that because we were renting "per notte," breakfast was *not* included in the room price and that it was an extra 10€ per day. And the "free parking" mentioned on the website is free, it's true. But what's not mentioned is it is on-street public parking across the street from the hotel. The pool and patio were beautiful, but the pool is apparently unheated and its water in the third week of September was ice-cold (so cold that we considered using it to cool our drinks, since the in-room refrigerator seemed to be struggling). The hotel is gated and secure, with access for guests and staff only. Staff were somewhat conversant in English, but guests will find it helpful to be able to speak a little Italian to communicate with them.

Fantastiskt

Ett väldigt mysigt, personligt, charmigt och fräscht hotell uppe på höjden. Personalen är hjälpsam och trevlig och gör så gott de kan med engelskan! De har även en fantastiskt underbar pool med utsikt över staden. Rekommenderar verkligen att bo på detta hotell, speciellt om du har bil då det ligger på vägen till Cinque Terre, men ändå med närheten till staden och andra resmål.

Excelente vista y ubicación. tener en cuenta que el hotel no cuenta con servicio de conserje, por ende, en caso de arribar tarde deben anunciarse pero lo esperarán sin problema. el desayuno es muy completo. No cuentan con cochera para el auto pero no hay inseguridad en dejarlo en la calle.

잘 지내다 갑니다.

일단 위치는 라스페지아 항구가 보이며 친퀘테레 마을까지 20~30분거리로 좋습니다. 주차역시 바로 앞 길에 해두어도 아무 문제없으므로 렌트카를 이용하실분들에게 좋네요. 풀장은 바닷물인것 같으며 (소금기가 느껴졌어요) 어린이가 들어가서 혼자놀수있는 깊이는 아닙니다. 객실이 아래로 배정될 경우 꽤 많은 계단을 오르락 내리락 해야합니다. 큰 문제가 되지는 않습니다. 그리고 객실상태인데 모기가 좀 많았습니다. 우리 아이는 모기에 많이 물려 고생을 했어요 ㅠ 호스트에게 이야기하니 방마다 전자모기향이 있었다는데 저희는 모르고 그냥 잤네요..ㅠ 마지막으로 아침식사는 다른 호텔처럼 빵 종류등 풍부하진 않지만 커피는 정말 최고였습니다~ 잘지내다 갑니다~
