Little bistro down below from our room was a bit noisy. Great location for walking down to the waterfront and easy to get to from the train station room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit awkward with the bidet and toilet.

Anna was a lovely host, the location was central, close to the station, restaurants, cafes, marina etc The room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials provided and as a tea drinker I was happy I had a kettle in the room. Anna was warm, hospitable with good touristic information. She gave us our favourite restaurant in La Spezia and encouraged us to visit Porto Venere which was absolutely stunning. La Spezia was beautiful as were the people, I highly recommend La Loggia de’Banchi.

The location is very close to the main shopping/dining area. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The walk to the train station was roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Would recommend to friends.

Great place! Looks like it’s not a great place but when you get inside, it’s modern, comfortable and very nice. Owner (I assume she is) is very pleasant and accommodating and explained everything we need.

I have been staying at a lot of places lately as I have been doing a month long trip Euro Trip. What I liked about this place was that it was very affortable and easy to get around since the bus stop is right around thr corner. The train station is close too. The staff was really nice and friendly! I came in late and the process was very easy to get in. It was a bit rainy and I was even lended an umbrella. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is located at the end of the street, a bit hard to find and sketchy entrance but once inside the building and the first floor the door opens to a set of rooms. I would advice to communicate in advance with Marco. He is wonderful and will answer all your questions in advance including you advance check-in, who can facilitate a lot. The cleaning lady is very pleasant. They cleaned our room even it late on Sunday. This place is right in the middle and central located to main commercial streets, restaurants, shopping, boat terminals, train station, etc. We loved it. Grazie Marco!!

Nice accommodation with a very small bathroom

A nice rom, the bathroom is very small though! The shower is too narrow and there are not enough space for the bide! This is a bed & room so no staff available at the accommodation. The AC was not working and no one around to fix it. A bar is situated outside room 1 and it gets very noisy once the bar is open.
