"The hotel is conveniently located just one block from the SkyTrain station, offering easy access to transportation. The complimentary airport shuttle is a valuable amenity, and the guest rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a large wall‑mounted television. Staff members were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay. The only drawback is that the parkade is not directly connected to the hotel, requiring guests to walk outside to access it."

"Old and tired hotel. Early breakfast closing time at 9:00 am. If you come in late at night and sleep in you’ll miss breakfast except for the coffee and water which is available 24/7. The pool is so tiny, jacuzzi will fit 3-4 people but you’ll literally rub elbows. The gym can only fit 3 people. I have to change room because the TV is not working, the aircon is broken and the sink is clogged! The only saving grace is the location of the hotel. "My room was basic at best with a double bed rather than Queen. The heating/cooling system was noisy and the room overlooked a roof top which contained various machinery probably related to the heating and cooling system of the hotel. Not pretty at all. However the staff were nice and the room was clean."
