"We've stayed here several times and it's always clean and they have awesome rates. The Beds are more comfortable than some places I've stayed at and paid 3 times what I did at Royal. The Owner is absolutely outstanding he makes sure that everything is acceptable and helpful with knowledge of the area. Trust me if you are Driving past it because it's not a Big Motel chain, you are making a mistake! Sure the furniture is dated but very clean and in good shape. "Pet friendly. The room was so very clean with laminate flooring (not discusting rugs) The bed was very comfortable plenty of pillows and linens clean and crisp. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend "

"The employees are super friendly and helpful. The conditions are overall good but the facilities need touch up on walls, doors, and other surfaces that are dirty and have handprints.The place has recently been worked on as evidenced by new floors in the units I stayed in and those I was able to see. The cleaning of the units seems to be good overall. "
