"The staff was friendly and quick. Room was nice. The only thing that needs to be improved is the ability to call the hotel directly. We tried to call for transport from the car rental building but we kept getting a line that took us to a central call center. We were never able to connect to the hotel directly. Had to call a member of our party still at the hotel to call for a ride for us."

"Was looking to spend some much needed/long overdue time with one of my besties…AND we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place! From the moment we arrived, we we’re very pleased. Free parking in a safe location close to the hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and so much more! The hotel grounds are beautiful and we’ll maintained as is the hotel itself. Dinner at Elizabeth Street Cafe on our first night was fantastic! Followed by Paradise Lounge for a night cap(s) that did not disappoint. Our server Robert was great and the Bird of Paradise cocktail is a must! Early morning coffee and quiet time in the Chapel Club followed by breakfast at Paradise Lounge was a great start to our much needed pool day. Dinner that evening at San Lorenzo and then back to our lovely room and comfy bed. The morning of ck-out we had breakfast and tea at Elizabeth Street Cafe…the quiche, almond croissant, and the iced blueberry/jasmine green tea was delish! "

"Gorgeous property, very suitable place to stay while in New orleans. Lots of nice restaurants, pubs and bars in the surrounding area.public transit options readily available. Plesant and respectful staff. Couldn’t ask for more!"

"The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, trolley car stop outside the front door, coffee shop/cafe next door is awesome, and so easy to get to the quarter, plus FREE parking! the hotel covers all the details, clean, very clean, and quiet. Sunscreen and bug spray at front desk, real glassware and carafes in room, comfy beds, and a friendly greeting from entire staff each morning. Indoor parking gets locked/ monitored each night for extra security. Cozy seating areas around and inside property. We stayed in middle of summer, so low season where rates are fantastic! We will be using this location every time we visit New Orleans in the future."
