Our room wasn't ready at check in. We had to wait until 4:30pm. The parking lot was an ice rink with huge icicles hanging from their eavestroughs, so you couldn't park in front of hotel. The ice machine wasn't working. We legit pulled icicles hanging from our balcony for our drinks! The bed was broken ...
