"The property was well situated and 10min away from great local restaurants. Service from check in to check out all were exceptional. Greeted w Tea and host was able to accomodate us as we arrived much earlier than our regular checkin time. Facilties were excellent - clean and very well kept. "Dusi a beautiful beachfront location, but it falls short of 5-star expectations. The standout feature is the amazing staff, who are always helpful, smiling, and attentive, greatly enhancing the overall experience. The Club Rooms are nice, comfortable, and well-serviced, though they need some renovation soon. However, the absence of a coffee machine in the Club Rooms seems strange by today's standards, especially with only instant coffee and a thermos(!) provided. (Comical update: After this...

"Check in is crazy especially when arrivals are late and confusing because there are so many blocks; you don’t know where to enter to meet anyone in reception. The security guards keep the access keys and one block guard is not aware what others are doing. The fact we had to pay a deposit for utilities was not mentioned. Too many hidden facts. "
