"We had such a great experience at this lovely new hotel in Bangtao! The location is super convenient, just minutes from Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach. They even offer a free shuttle every hour to both spots, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself feels very fresh and modern. "We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed.
