"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...

"My Husband and I came here for our Honeymoon. Exceptional experience!!! When we first arrived, we were greeted with such kind gestures & smiles. The staff here always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room always met our expectations. Very clean, very well kept & maintained. Food was AMAZING! No complaints with each dish at every restaurant. We would personally like to thank your lovely staff. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with...

"This property is in need of a freshen up. Things are a little tired. Pool tiles and exterior. Lobby nicely appointed and front end staff super efficient. Room was clean but had to be sprayed for seasonal ants that did keep resurfacing. Walk out pool fe our room was great, but being near the garden bugs are to be expected. Roof top happy hour A full breakfast buffet of Thai and international options. Staff warm and accommodating. Lots of families and kids activities that were well run and...

"The room was great and the staff was attentive and pleasant and the hotel room was clean and in great condition.. I will be back"

"The reception staff were very welcoming. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Not the most modern but a great price for a great location and a nice pool."

"The customer service during our stay was extremely disappointing. The power in our room went out around 2 a.m. and was still off at 7:45 a.m. The room was hot, and we had already been refused a second room key, which we needed to keep the air conditioning running while we were out. We were told the power problem had been fixed, but it hadn’t been. When I brought that up, the manager said I should have contacted the hotel a third time. I had no idea anyone had come to the room because no one...

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! The staff was incredible, and their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. An exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!"

"Walked from the airport to the resort ( about a 10 minute walk). The resort blew my expectations away and the staff were incredibly helpful! Wish I was staying in this part of Phuket longer just to stay at this resort. Perfect for solo travelers & will be recommending this place to anyone flying into Phuket."

"We reserved the delux jacuzzi pool side room. The room was overall good. Just the bathroom had an outdoor shower so when it rained bad the water did come into the shower and there was rain water dripping from the ceiling in the room. Also smells strange from the rainwater and outdoor shower. The staff was great and very helpful. Decent breakfast. But the place definitely needs some upgrades."

"Fantastisk oplevelse, rent og pænt"

"Lovely place! Staff welcomes you in, very caring. Stunning views with their pools. Drinks can be a bit pricey."
