About the stay

We had a good time. It’s a good place to stay. It’s been updated. I kind of wish they had a breakfast or maybe a mid breakfast or something like that. All they had was coffee but their staff was good. The place is nice.

Served our purpose.

The hotel served our purpose. The parking lot was well lit. The room was convenient, clean, had a TV but no premium channels and the basic ESPN. The bed was a little on the soft side, bathroom had no body wash but we had our own. Other than that, it was an OK stay. Well stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise. The inside of hotel was very loud. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Our stay wasn’t horrible. The hotel clerk was very friendly. The floor in our room was very moist and muggy. The shower had hair in the bottom like it hadn’t been rinsed. Beds weren’t bad though.

Clean, quiet, but no breakfast

Why 2 tv remotes? Confusing to some. No breakfast if any kind provided at this bare bones hotel with bare bones pricing. Bathrooms were very clean and looked to be recently renovated.

Property has been recently renevated. Hotel was clean as well as rooms. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is that about 2 am people in and out of rooms on my floor and they were anything but quiet and respectful. They were loud as in screaming and cursing. Lasted about 20 min then it stopped. All in all a decent place for the price.

Great place for the price!

Travel Volleyball Tournament. Hotel was recently remodeled. Room was a lil small (could be cause we were at the end of the hall. The romm fidnt have a table/desk, we had to eat on the bed. Not a big deal for us. Check in/out was very easy. Clerk was very nice. We needed more towels and they gave us some with no problems. Prce is very good especially for the new remodeled hotel.Oh and the parking lot is very well lite up. Recommend staying there, that is our new place to stay.

I get what I pay for!

I did not get a email back from Hotel.com with my confirmation number! The lady at the front desk was too busy playing on her phone to assist me to find my reservation, I found an itinerary number to use. Not very clean, the comforter had holes all in it, I asked for a new blanket and was told to go to my room and get the one I have and swap it out.

Broken tv but clean room

Check was very quick and easy. The property is very clean. The tv in my room didn’t work and was missing the back off the remote. The guy from the front desk came up and said that the previous guest must have broke the tv but he would reach out to the owner to see about replacing it. They were completely booked so getting another room was not an option. The walls are very thin and with no tv I could hear absolutely EVERYTHING going on down the hall and in both rooms beside mine. The trim behind my bed actually hit the wall so hard 4 times around 3 am that it shook my bed. I asked the front desk when I checked out about partial refund and was told it probably couldn’t happen since I booked and paid on hotels.com but to call back and talk to the manager. If I could have drowned out the noise with the tv I could have easily given 5 stars. The ac was super cold and the hot water was plenty hot enough

The prompt is "what did you like about the property?" If I were to be truthful and list everything , you'd be reading a novel. Cheapest hotel within 5 mins of the casino. Price is cheap, quality isn't. SmartTV, marble stand up shower , perfect bathroom lighting , COLDEST AC! Beds are so comfortable , no bed bugs, stains or burn holes on sheets ,etc. No smoking!!! Perfect. Charger outlets for fast charger and regular usb where Yu don't need a charger cube. Great closet space. Very spacious, comfortable, makes me feel like I'm home. hallways , staircase , lobby , parking lot - all SQUEAKY CLEAN! also, washer and dryer, 2 vending machines; 1 for snacks & 1 for drinks. In room u have Mini fridge with freezer , microwave , storage space for your items. Ice machine downstairs. The HOSPITALITY ?!!!! A billion/10. 100 stars! Morning front desk manager, so nice and respectful , has no issue accommodating your needs. Very welcoming and positive attitude no matter what day it is. afternoon & night staff ? Just the same. so respectful and genuine. You don't have to worry about anything happening to your belongings or your car, area is very safe and they have 24/7 all around cameras. Parking lot is ALWAYS clean , never see trash. Nobody lingering around outside to make you uncomfortable, NOTHING!! and to think it's all for 80/100$ a night ? It's beyond what you could ask for. I do not even leave reviews but I just had to!! Thank you , I'll definitely be returning !
