"The rooms and hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants "

"The entire hotel smelled like weed. Pool was not clean, only had two chairs to sit on. Rooms were too small, beds were very uncomfortable, room smelled musty, air quality was poor. Hotels shouldn’t have carpeting in rooms. I gave this hotel a 2/10 and I was being generous. Pay the extra $30.00 and stay at the Hampton next door. "

"The room smelled like urine. The desk chair was rusted and the paint around the window was peeling and patched from leaks probably. The bathroom had green spots around the doorframe and the tolite was broken. The entire room was disgusting. We left! And upon checking in another guest was complaining about the condition of her room. I have no idea if the ac in the room even worked..the smell was so bad we did not stick around long enough to find out."

"Only negative was the fitness facility. Some of the equipment was as not functional, there were no free weights and it wasn’t very clean "

"We stayed at this hotel in April 2026 and the cleanliness really stood out. Room was dust-free, bathroom smelled fresh, floors and linens were spotless. Common areas, elevators, and pool deck were also clearly well-maintained. No musty smells, no stains, no hair in the shower which is rare."

"Our room was directly near the elevator utility room. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to quiet the horrible noise. They could not accommodate a different room for us. "

"Lovely as always. My favorite place to stay when I visit Lady Lake. My family stays there as well. It’s about 10 minutes from everything the Villages has to offer. The staff is always kind and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and comfortable "

"Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay at SureStay very much. Our room was very roomy and nice. For the size of the motel they sure need a larger breakfast area though. We would stay there again."

"Room was adequate but some of the common areas could have been cleaner. The breakfast was typical, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and frozen breakfast burritos. That said, I would go there again because the price was right."

"Absolutely nothing bad to say about this establishment went above and beyond my expectations. We absolutely will be back.. besides the hotel itself the little downtown was so cool! I’ve already recommended it to two different family members! I wish I remembered the front desk staff who helped me check in both were quite lovely!"

"Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed."
