"Staff were helpful. Pool was cold. Group of visitors ruined it for us a little, as they occupied every space in the hotel. They put phones on the chairs to keep them occupied. They invaded the breakfast room. You could not walk freely out the main main door as those people pulled up at the entrance ..."
