Khách sạn Lake Odessa

"Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem....

"Nice and very helping staff"

"The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

"We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport. My mother had not been on an airplane in almost 20 years, and understandably she was very nervous about both flying and staying in a hotel. This was especially important because we arrived around noon and were unable to check in until the standard 3pm check-in time. "TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom."

"My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing."

"Love this location great place, great room, great staff and great breakfast."

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No cigarette odors. Bathroom and shower very spacious. Breakfast included and many tasty varieties provided - love the pancake maker! Staff at front desk very helpful and kind. Went over and above when asked for specific room close to family."

"My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox"
