"Property was as described. No surprises. Neat, clean and comfortable. Balcony was larger than expected and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Local and chain shops nearby. We ate our dinners at local restaurants which there were many to choose from. Kitchen was well equipped where we ate our breakfast and midnight snacks. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. We plan on visiting the Ozarks again and this will be on list of places to return."
"Very nice condo, zero complaints, the people to call with questions were very friendly and helpful and prompt on answering the phone. Amazing and quiet place to relax for the weekend, affordable as well. Will be staying there again "
"This was our first time staying at a non-hotel. I really liked the size and feel of the space. The pictures were exact and not misleading. The rules were clear, consistent, short, and straight to the point. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at a property owned by Ryan and his dad again. It felt like all the items were selected with luxury and relaxation in mind.
A few things that weren't great (but not a fault of the owners) was there was no one actively on hand to assist if...

"Staff was very nice. First room we were given (deluxe queen) was not up to standards. Toilet didn't work, shower was tiny, heater was a plu in oil apace heater. Room was not anything like pictures. Called the office, they moved us to a studio I think. It was alot nicer but needed a good deep cleaning. Alot of dirt and there was a chicken bone under the couch cushion. Shower had very limited water pressuure. But the room was nice. Overall it was okay, will we stay there again, probably not but it was okay for the weekend trip. Close to the strip. "
"I can not give enough stars. Our stay was top notch. Staff is woderful and accommodating. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable. From the pool to the 2 bars and lake you only have to walk maybe 40 ft. Huge bonfire on the beach once it got dark, drinks with the owner. How could anyone ask for more. Highly recommend!!!! We will be back!
