"Floors were stinky when they mopped. But the biggest issue is the key cards kept not working. Staff had to change the batteries multiple times and was pretty inconvenient when it was late at night and were just wanting to get into the room"

(And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

"My room's bath/shower area needed to be replaced for several reasons. There was a musty smell throughout the facility. the desk people were not very friendly, nor informative. They had a dining area in the facility, but it was never mentioned with check-in. Lighting (the ones that had working bulbs) was insufficient."
