"The pool was dirty and inoperable (filter and pumps weren’t on) so we couldn’t get in. Staff was nice , room had a gym bag YMCA smell. Didn’t use the shuttle, and this hotel has 2 names fir the same building. "

I switched room's and ended up in a room in the same condition with burn holes in the dirty sheets. The tub heads debris. Just an overall filth and unsanitary conditions. I wish i could be refunded "

The shining star of this Holiday Inn Express was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very friendly and went above & beyond to secure me gauze & tape when I cut my toe on the pavement. The hotel was also near many places to eat and felt safe. Definitely recommend!"
