"We stayed in one of the rooms with four single beds and a pull-out couch, which was ideal for our family of 5. The room was in top condition, all appliances very new, with a very nice bathroom and plenty of storage space. The windows are triple-glazed, so while you could faintly hear the trains, it was really not an issue regarding sleep (the hotel is literally next to the very convenient Kloten train station). The people at the reception were very friendly and courteous, and very helpful....

"We arrived early and the front desk staff were very accommodating allowing us to drop luggage without taking the time to formally check us in which we did later. The location of this hotel is excellent if you’re arriving or departing by train. "

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a tram stop nearby and close proximity to Grossmünster, as well as plenty of surrounding shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, a laundry bag, and a paper bag in the room. I especially appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely...
