"This was our second stay at this location. We booked again because the first time was great. This time, not so much. Every staff member we encountered, except the gentleman outside at the bar, was very rude. We had to switch rooms at 1am after being locked out of the room multiple times that day. Instead of the girl at the front desk calling the manager or maintenance to get the door to work, she called 911 and had the fire department come to break down the door.
