"We initially had a room on level 2, the room wasnt clean, it was dark and pretty much nasty, nothing like the pictures. We went to the reception and the lady nicely upgraded us on level 5. by being on the level 5, everything was ok but hotel is really a 3 stars. Amenties, pool and beach are very nice. Valet service as well very professionnal. Restaurant food is ok but cafe is very good on the lobby floor."
