Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent."

"This place is awful. The fact that they ever put any mention of “resort “ is laughable. They are a bait and switch outfit. I reserved a double bed room months ago, when we arrived they put us in a handicap accessible room because they clearly overbooked. Gave me attitude when I wanted an explanation and to be moved and only offered that I didn’t “have to stay here” as though I could find another lodging."
