"The room wasn’t spotless but I’ve been to super nice hotels that aren’t either so given it’s a very reasonably priced motel it was great. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed there / would stay again. Staff is so nice. A quality / hot breakfast + evening desserts are a great touch. We didn’t get to it but the pool looked really nice."

"The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy."

"The staff was really helpful. I booked a room for my parents and they went out of thier way to make them welcome. My parents said the breakfast was good and the room was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. It was thier Anniversary, Sue and the staff made a little surprise for them when they entered into the room. So if you have a special occasion, let them know and this is the hotel to go to. Thank you all for what you did for my parents and making the welcome."

"Great hotel. Rooms were clean, and seemed to be newly updated with new carpet, drapes and curtains. Comfortable beds. Showers had good temp and pressure. The breakfast was very nice with the usual cold offerings like muffins and instant oatmeal, cereal and coffee - and also hot offerings - biscuits and gravy, egg bites, and make your own cute little waffles. Happy to be scheduled to come back again soon!"

"Upon check-in, the noise in the lobby was so loud I could hardly hear the attendant helping me. She did little to quiet in the room. My husband unloaded the car, only to find out we had to go outside down a u-shaped ramp and walk across the pool area, and near the very end of the hotel for our rooms. Now this wouldn’t have been too bad, except we are in our late 60s and early 70s and this was a great struggle. I had booked two rooms, and when we arrived at 9:30 that night, we just went to...

"One host, bad tim I ng I guess. Never acknowledged tge ones waiting, never looked up except to speak to ones at counter. Finally got room, walked in to the most pungent odor, Mildew on all the furniture, smelled like cat piss. Got room 2, so there goes dinner plans been here 45 min now. Got in room 2. TV no volume. Didn't say anything, in a hurry by now. Got to elevator, waited 8 minutes to find out kids were playing in the elevator on another floor. Staff seemed to be on point and responsive...
