"Located at the heart of Seminyak, with close access to restaurants, bars and the beach. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Staff were nice but we didn’t receive any information about facilities or breakfast when doing the check in, so overall onboarding and guest experience can be improved. We found breakfast below par for a 4-star hotel."

"The rooms were clean and made up daily if you wished. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the first moment of check in and through out the time. It was nice that Asparagus Restaurant at the property was opened early for a fresh and all you can eat breakfast. Thank you to Sita who was just beautiful lady, always smiling and happy to get whatever you needed. This was a great place to stay if you needed to shop, have massages or just get a bite to eat. Highly recommend "

"All was good aside from the smokey smell that came from the air con which lead to me being unable to sleep properly. Staff were friendly. Very private. A lot of space. So close to the Main Street of Seminyak but still so quiet."

"Having our own villa, our own pool, very central location to restaurants, shopping, beach. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful and easy to communicate too. Highly recommend if you looking for a private get away with the perks of a hotel and its facilities"

"Firstly the location of this hotel and grounds were stunning and easily make up for any shortfalls. The hotel has started to show signs of its age, but still kept to a very high standard. A couple of small details prevent me from giving the 5 star review it should have earned - A cigarette burn in my bedding, the shuttle driver didn’t collect us from town, despite us waiting where he said and the Jacuzzi only had cold water. All of these are very minor details and were rectified by customer relations allowing us to keep our room a little longer for a late flight - which was greatly appreciated. Please don’t let my comments put you off visiting the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa, the location and grounds and the staff are something else 😊"

"This hotel is the cutest, charming room above lots of shops and in the heart of Seminyak! It’s a little tricky to find but once you do, there’s easy access through hotel customer elevators. We had a 3 bedroom room and it is HUGE! The hair dryer is super powerful (love love love)! Each room also has its own bathroom. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Beds were comfy. Super quick check in process. We would stay here again. "
