"I traveled with my friend Hector to Trinidad for a family event and we both agreed that our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Trincity Trinidad Airport by IHG was one of the high lights of our trip. First and foremost was the absolutely stellar staff at the hotel, it was clear that the care and comfort of guests is a priority, In particular NIcole at the front desk/reception was outstanding, she was extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, warm and attentive. She was was a treasure trove of information about local sights and eateries making our stay delightful. The breakfast buffet was really delicious offering familiar favorite breakfast foods, while also including some really enjoyable local fare, at least 3 or 4 different ones each day (the sauteed tuna was my favorite, along with the cooked vegetable dishes). Stacy was one of the staff members who hosted us at breakfast, and she was fantastic! Along with her colleagues, constantly refilling the serving dishes and making sure everything was perfect! Our room was large, with comfortable beds and pillows, as well as many details that added to our comfort: plenty of storage, desk, a designated area for suitcases, easy chair, desk chair, loads of lighting options. The housekeeping staff was solicitous and very visible in case we needed anything. There was also security very visible at all times in the lobby. The pool area was impeccably kept and beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is clean, well maintained, beautiful and modern. My room was the king sized bed and it was spacious and BEAUTIFUL! I enjoyed my stay and the staff was so friendly. I can’t wait to visit again. My only complaint was that there was not enough pineapple juice at breakfast as it ran out and was my favorite juice lol. Excellent hotel!!!"

"The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate. the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. My 2 grandchildren who came on a day pass were super excited to explore the various trails especially the ones leading to the pools, where they had a ball bathing in the pools and the walk-through nature. My granddaughter is a picky eater, and the dining room staff were all too willing to assist in ensuring she had something to eat she enjoyed."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again."
