"Excellent from check-in to check-out. Room was spacious, very nice, washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Kids enjoyed the complimentary ice cream and slushies. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional and helpful. To end our stay, the breakfast buffet was great. 10/10 recommend"

"The breakfast and breakfast staff was the most amazing I have experienced. The check-in ladies were more than helpful, even on finding things that was not part of their job description just to help me out. The security measures they take are amazing to ensure that only the people that should be in the hotel are there. The price of the hotel for what we got was more than reasonable. Finding parking was not at all hard even though we were in the middle of downtown Lincoln. We have stayed in a lot of hotels due to doctor appointments and traveling for children’s sports and I would say this is the best we’ve stayed in thus far"

"We loved the property decor! Had family come visit & everyone loved happy colorful common areas & our room Pet friendly is one thing but NOT allowed in the dining area should be a rule. Esp a very large dog sniffing along the breakfast buffet! NO thank you! Also the hotel was busy & despite request to clean room , had to go down & get clean towels, as they were too busy to not only clean room but even service us with clean towels "

"Expedia confirmed my reservation but the moment i arrived, its even passed the check in time, the front desk couldn’t give me a room with an indefinite waiting time. I waited for more than an hour, i had to call customer service and patiently go back and fort to ask for available room until they were forced to give me one. I came from a 12 hrs drive and had to stop and check in due to the blizzard. Online booking was supposedly for my convenience and yet it did not serve any convenience at all, place is really good, i just didn’t feel the urgency of the staffs to resolve the case. "

"The girl at check in was super nice. The issue was after we came back from our night on the town we sat in the lobby for a while just drinking water and casually chatting, not loudly either. The security guy came up to us and asked us if we had a ride coming basically trying to ask us to leave. There was another group of people in the lobby as well and they were drinking beers. We were people of color, the other people were white. We asked the security guard if he had approached them with the same question or if he just chose to racially profile us. He stuttered something and walked away after I flashed him my room key and told him we had a room. It was such an uncomfortable situation that could’ve been handled differently by staff. It kind of ruined the stay. "

"Great staff at the front desk and coffee shop. Room is clean, modern and functional. The beds are very comfortable. We always stay here on our way to and back from Colorado."
