"Customer service needs attention. Walked in to book 2 rooms. The guy at the front desk was on phone for about10 minutes. I think his name is (Toni) Asked for room rates, rates were about 30$ more per room than online prices. Asked questions about pool timing and rooms. Very unpleasant to answer the questions.
Paid my deposit for two rooms, one with the card and another room by tapping the same card. He said he shouldn’t technically be accepting that because I used 2 different methods with same card. Not sure how it matters if paid by tap or swiping or inserting. Not sure if he knows that if the card is tapped it shows a different number on the system.
Went to get dinner after getting the keys done. Came back to find out both the room keys were not programmed. All 4 keys for both rooms not working. Went back to get it programmed and the staff again unhappy to reprogram. Gave me a free advice not to keep the keys with any devices/phones etc. All together just the staff was very unpleasant and not helpful.
Hot tub worked great. But yellow color for pool water.
Nice comfy beds some chirpy noise through out the night.
No drinking water bottles so make sure carry drinking water specially if you are traveling with kids.
Good breakfast and easy check out. "
