It was nearly impossible to call the actual hotel to learn about parking and pool information and not all desk staff are equally thrilled to answer questions, expecting that you'll read the materials handed to you on tiny pieces of paper. Overall, however, a positive experience, and unlike a few years ago, when their sheets off-gassed chlorine, there were no toxic odors this time around."

"Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and accommodating. There is a receptionist from Houston who is particularly smiley and wonderful. Spacious and clean room. I would give it 5 stars if anything in the gym or pool were working. Both treadmills were down and pool was out of order, which is a shame because there is not much of a safe running area outside. This is definitely a location where you need a car to get around, even to Buttermilk Falls, which is close by. Very easily accessible to downtown. Great stay!"
