"Sarah la manager. Gros wow comme service. J ai tout aimer"

"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while. However, when I came to bed, Bedcover and pillowcase were still dirty and not replaced by new ones. Suprisingly, glasses in bathroom was not cleaned, they had stains in the...

"STUNNING. PERFECT. Sensational hotel in great location away from town with great views. Breakfast, in house dining, spa, service, etc all TOP NOTCH. Highly recommended. This is the place to stay in beautiful Sapa."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable."

"We used the room to store luggage and shower before getting on the night train. It was clean and very close to the train station. The staff was very helpful and patient even with my language barrier. "

"Beautiful property and nice room. Hotel is walking distance to town centre. Breakfast had good choice. "

"Super kind staff. We enjoyed staying here."

"Phòng sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị tốt. Vị trí thuận tiện gần chợ Cốc Lếu"

"Nice hotel with a nice view from some of the rooms. Do not be fooled with the inflated prices they have as the normal rate. This is an expensive hotel for what it offers. Better off staying in closer to the lake area and walking 5 mins to see the same view."

"Rất tốt. Nhân viên rất OK. Vui vẻ "

"Great location in center of sa pa. Rooms of good size and very well laid out. Staff could not do more to help us. Breakfast mainly Asian but western options exist. Great setting for breakfast overlooking the mountains"
