"Room was very outdated for the price, bathroom ceiling was falling apart, paint peeling, water stains from years ago, was not a good site to see! Checked in after midnight with my 3 week old and 1 year old, room lights didn’t work so went back downstairs to change rooms, 2nd room the tv didn’t work, next morning made it clear that this was not ok so I was moved to ANOTHER room, 3rd in less than 24 hours, 3rd room was better but still not great or cozy, carpet was disgusting, phone and alarm clock didn’t work, not that I needed it but if I’m paying my money I expect EVERYTHING to work, just like they expect me to pay the price they ask for in full not a penny short! Breakfast was terrible! No options, very basic and bland! No pool which was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel, the pool pictured is not in service, in fact it’s under construction! I asked for a manger 4 times and was told “he’s not answering he might be in a meeting” which was so unprofessional because what if you have an emergency you can’t reach your manger?! After being fed up that the WiFi was in fact out of order/in and out as well, after contacting the WiFi company Nexus and being told the WiFi needed to be repaired I had enough, I went downstairs asked for the manger the 5 and last time and demanded a refund and I wanted to check out, after being held hostage and being told to wait for the manger they refused to refund my money, very unprofessional considering I made every complaint when happened"
