Air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. Shower door was not installed correctly and could not be closed. Caulk in shower was missing. Hole in wall in bathroom covered with tape. The employees where very helpful and polite. Bed was nice.

The staff were accommodating and respectful, however, the room I got was dirty. There were dirty towels left under the sink , the room was dusty , and there was no hot water for showers. I expected at least top rate cleanliness and basic hot water for showers for the amount of money I paid ($114) for a few hours stay.

After traveling for Over 20 hours, A simple bed and a warm shower are amazing. The location right in the airport is wonderful. You must book early to get two beds. The carpet was not clean, which was “icky” to discover after waking up.

Convenience and Cleanliness and Kindness

I found the room clean and tidy. Pretty straightforward, this is a transit hotel and so the objective was to have easy access to the next flight and they gave us that convenience. The staff were friendly. They were all pretty and kind as well.

Very convenient for night layovers. Small space but has everything you need for the night. The online picture for double twin is misleading… I thought there were 2 twin beds in one room but it’s only small single twin beds per room… otherwise walkable to the airport foods. Does the deed. I wouldn’t stay more than one night.
