Air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. Shower door was not installed correctly and could not be closed. Caulk in shower was missing. Hole in wall in bathroom covered with tape. The employees where very helpful and polite. Bed was nice.

The staff were accommodating and respectful, however, the room I got was dirty. There were dirty towels left under the sink , the room was dusty , and there was no hot water for showers. After traveling for Over 20 hours, A simple bed and a warm shower are amazing. The location right in the airport is wonderful. You must book early to get two beds. The carpet was not clean, which was “icky” to discover after waking up.
