"We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Each room had 2 beds and they were very comfortable. Ensuite clean and white with shower. Aircon noisy but efficient and slept well. Rooms at the front will have some road and noise from the bar below. Bakery below at rear starts early but otherwise quiet rooms."

Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle.
