"Everything was amazing. Wilbur at the front desk took immediate and excellent care of us when something went south during the check-in process. Sometimes things go wrong, and it is telling when a hotel embraces the opportunity to make up for something that goes south on a guest. Could not have a higher opinion of this hotel. "From the check in to the check out, the experience was amazing. The casino, entry, rooms, pool area, cigar lined and restaurants were clean as could be. Not one complaint about anything. Eric handled our cabana rental and handled everything like we were the only guest in the resort. And saving the best for last…..Caesars Buffet still reigns king!!!! "BEWARE! Broken glass!!! Bathroom floor in my room
I want everyone to see that this is what was on the bathroom floor and all over my room at The Wynn Las Vegas on 5/12/26. I called and they do didn’t offer to change my room.

Called again and they say they “serviced the room.”
These are their standards.
Unsafe conditions. Not properly cleaned. BEWARE! They are cheap and won’t refund one night."
