Arrivati un po' prima del previsto,non c'è stato alcun problema nel darci la camera in anticipo. Il personale super gentilissimo,ci ha accolto calorosamente. La stanza al 3 piano,molto pulita e accogliente,con arredi caratteristici del luogo,così come l interno dell hotel. "The room was amazing, comfy beds, view is unreal, then add a deck with a hot tub..wasn't planning to go back to trento but may go back juat for this place!

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."
