"My sister and I attended the Nutcracker ballet across the street at the Dolby Theatre, which is the reason we spent the night of the Roosevelt. What a lovely treat to have this much Hollywood in one 24 hour. We were kindly given a bit of a tour of the place so we knew where all the famous hotspots were and the rooms could not be more comfortable. Just a great day thank you!"

"terrible, had to leave within the hour of arriving in my room. carpet was stained, room musty, only had two towels from housekeeping and both were stained and ripped. nothing like the photos online"

"Our stay was really nice, the rooms feel very modern and clean. We were worried with all the reviews about it being loud and it really wasn't a big deal. We were on the 8th floor and it was just like muffled music, easy to sleep through. "

"I've been staying at the Godfrey for years, but now its getting noisier as there's more late night events occurring, which makes an early night before 11-12pm challenging."

"Internet fast. We thought we were staying at a 4 star hotel but some staff really need better training as well as the valet parking. Half the time we parked and retrieved our own car but we are paying for the valet price. Breakfast is exactly same everyday and we noticed the fruits just rotting away near the end of our stay. In room only had two large paper cups and we are supposed to use them for brushing teeth as well as for our coffee. I asked the front desk how we are supposed to use the big cup for coffee as it is only a very small coffee machine and was told just hold and tilt the cup while filling!!?? Not what we expect for a 4 star hotel and we have travelled the world. Definitely not going to be our choice of hotel in future trips to LA. Sorry!!"
