Hotel was very nice. However the soap dispenser in the bath was broken. I went to the front desk to request soap to take a shower the attendant said he didn’t have any and the staff was gone. I asked if he had any in storage and he said no. He showed no empathy nor did he offer a discount because ...

The Hollywood Franklin Hotel near Universal Studios
I had an excellent stay here! They are super close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and all the main attractions in the area. It’s easy to get around and access to everything. The property was clean and had enough to keep you entertained.
