"We loved our stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to check-in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Located in a very quiet area - steps away from the Oeschinensee trail and cable car. The cable car was not open during our stay, as it was off-season. "Breakfast was good. Hotel was in good shape for the age with a renovated bathroom. Could have used a spare pillow in the room. One extra large pillow is in the room but it’s super super soft so it you need more support you’ll need another."

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. "とても新しい施設です。快適に過ごせます。無料でついて来た朝食ですが、パンの種類が多く、野菜とフルーツもあり良かったです。バスタブは有りません。シャワー室に扉がないので、うまくシャワーを浴びないと、室内に水が流れ出るのが唯一のマイナス点です。それ以外はなんの文句もありません。Eiger Express(リフト)が発着するSBBのGrindelwald Terminal駅までホテルのエントランスから徒歩5分です。ホテルとTerminal駅は隣同士です。Terminal駅にCoop（スーパー）の小さな店舗があり、18:30にはお店が閉まります。それ以外に食材などを買えるお店はありません。Grindelwald駅周辺のホテルと、迷われる方が多いと思いますが、レストランやお店の数はGrindelwald駅周辺の方が多いと思います。Firstの乗車駅もGrindelwald駅周辺の方が近いです。Eiger Expressに乗るのを重視する方には当ホテルはお勧めです。値段とロケーションから若い方の宿泊客が多いです。GrindelWald駅側にあるFirst（First Cliff...
