"I thought they should have something with the channels on it for the TV cause you didn’t know what anything was and when I called down at the desk, the kid working and it didn’t seem to know anything"

"Room was fine. Shower took quite a while to warm up. Breakfast was not available at 6 p.m. as we were told it would be. Gentleman at desk was somewhat rude when we came on the second day we were there and told him that neither of our key cards were functioning. I had to add a day onto our reservation and those 2 reservations were not integrated as I had done it through a third-party. When the key issue was clarified, I confirmed that we would not be charged again for our pet fee. The gentleman working at the desk rudely responded and said he told me at check in that the pet fee covered 1-4 days. When I indicated that I did not recall him telling me that and I was just asking for confirmation, he again argued and repeated he had told me that at check-in. His reaction was unnecessary and rude given that the hotel had failed to integrate our two reservations and had not told us that we would need to check in again on the second day."
