The hotel is absolutely lovely. Our room was large and spacious and really clean. Every guest is given two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but good. We were in Forest City to see friends and will definitely stay here when we come again

We stay here when we visit our sons who live in Morganton. It is always comfortable and has great staff. It is convenient to walking in historic downtown and close to great restaurants and bars (like Sidetracked!).

This was our first trip to the States and overall we were bowled over by the hospitality, service and friendliness of the Americans. However, the Hampton Inn was in a different league, and made us feel like celebrities, even family. The staff were truly lovely and the rooms and facilities, especially breakfast were excellent. Only having an indoor pool was a slight downer, but they fixed that by arranging for us to use the nice outdoor pool at their sister hotel next door. We will return!!

Chose this hotel just overnight had flown into Charlotte & did not want to stay @ airport. Ideally located just 25 mins or so from airport easy to find. Every aspect of hotel was very good staff very pleasant excellent breakfast included. Highly recommended if you want to stay off airport as we did at start of holiday or returning to Charlotte at the end.

My stay at the Firehouse Inn was amazing. This beautiful old building is stunning and the staff were amazing. They really couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy with plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was amazing prepared by the lovely Donna and Mary the Inn keeper was also amazing.
