"Horrible staff racist manager"

"Upon arrival I was told the earliest check in was at 1pm. On top of that I was charged more for my stay because the room I was provided did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. I already had a reservation and finding a room elsewhere was going to be very difficult for the stay I had planned. I will never stay here again. EVER. "

I also ate at the restaurant at the top of the hotel, West. The bartender, Jay was wonderful. We talked while I ate at the bar. Definitely say hi and eat some great food."

"The hotel location was good. Charging a huge amount plus tax for parking for one night is criminal. Absolutely obscene. And then a "resort fee" on top of that! For what? This is a hotel, not a resort by anyone's definition. This is pure price gouging. Sorry, but you asked for feedback and this is ours."
