"Room was pretty clean. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Room was switched to one that was on the other side of the hotel. Did see a roach in the dining area on the couch. Could have gotten a cheaper rate by just calling the Hotel directly."
"I was only there over 1night.
The noise level was bad, people (crying babies) at wee hours. The train sounds like it was in the room. I would suggest noise canceling windows or window treatments.
Unsupervised children running up the stairs pushing elevator buttons."
"Easy to park and the resort was nice. Room was in great condition. Bed comfortable. Casino was lively and staff were friendly. I will make another trip here for a weekend getaway."
"First off thought was getting a mid range hotel with a pool for not a cheap price, walk thru the door to someone I can’t understand slowly progressed thru check it to a surprise security deposit on the room now we’re at 268 out of my bank at this point w/e non refundable room kinda stuck so deal with it. Finish check in to find the pool is closed until further notice the only reason I chose this hotel. Disappointment supreme the relaxing pool after long journey from wi squashed. W/e I thought got in the room settling in go to look out the window to find a hole in the screw and a window that doesn’t lock yup I felt safe, the wallpaper was damaged and droopy around window as well. Went to desk to change to a secure room to none available finally asking the desk for a stick to secure my window, to get handed a broken swifter handle the was exactly the right size seems to me like they had this problem before. Got that inserted, time to relax in hard beds trying to fall asleep to a zoo running the hallways the entire evening. Wake up continental breakfast nice spread eggs sausage waffles oh. Eggs were the only thing that was palatable sausage was burnt cardboard oj taste like water coffee instant. Checked out of literally one of the worst and most expensive crap hotels of my life negative stars. Not to forget the all night chatter of a foreign language in the lobby with judgy eye."
