"We stayed for three nights while looking at homes in the area. The room was decent, beds were ok. It was clean. However, I don’t think they have enough staff during the winter. Our room did not get serviced even once. They didn’t replenish the coffee or paper cups. It’s good thing we didn’t run out of toilet paper. Probably a really nice place in the summer"

"Very disappointed first morning when found out that both our duvets were stained with pee, blood and other red stain, very disgusting. Had to ask front desk 3 times to exchange it, no apology nothing. Around 4 pm finally someone came to exchange it. Not good experience at all."

"Ski slopes readily accessible. Hotel very comfortable and clean. Spa pool and Sauna were great after a day skiing. I would recommend putting a heater in the ski drying room, as many people struggled to get their boots on after a night in cold storage. Other than that, no complaints. Thanks!"
