"Nice modern motel well located for AT hike"

"Room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the deck, although it needs some updating due to broken boards. I was told the restaurant was a fine place to dine. Desk staff was helpful."

"Amazing property- feels luxurious because of the way it is perched up on a hill. We got a room on 4th floor with direct view of the fall colors on the mountains- that was amazing and a surprise"

"We enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Lots of ideas were given to us as to where to visit in the area."

"When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster."

"Nice location."

"An absolutely perfect getaway spot! Beautiful rooms, great service, and an ideal location. Highly recommend and we will be going back."

"Wonderful location and hosts are amazing. Breakfast was great. Clean."

"Nice people, ok and clean room. Too much light from around the window shades and all the gizmos (thermostat, TV etc.) to the point of inhibiting sleep."

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

"We were very pleased with our experience here. Room was super clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The mini fridge was much needed for storing milk as we were traveling with an 8 month old. We forgot the sheet for our pack and play and the staff was helpful in providing us with one. The black out curtains were very effective and helped get baby ready for his nap. Breakfast was solid. We had lots and bags and baby things resulting in my husband making multiple trips between lobby and...

"We were greeted by one of the staff with the aroma of fresh baked cookies, lovely! She showed us around the inn then to our room — “The Berkshire Room” which is in the main inn on the 2nd floor. The room was charming and comfortable with period details, a comfortable bed, small sitting area, tall ceiling, a small wall mounted TV, and a fireplace (nonfunctional) with mantle. The bathroom is nice, but the shower stall is tight. The inn is conveniently located just down the hill from Lenox...

"Wonderful place… clean, cosy room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast. Delightful location near Norman Rockwell museum."

"The sink drain didn’t work."

"Room was dated and dirty, stains on the walls and in the bathroom. Sign said they had vending machines, was told by staff they did not have any. Air conditioner was loud and had a difficult time maintaining the desired temperature. Police showed up around while were there. Checked out before sunrise"

"Bathroom needed a lot of work. The microwave didn't work. Clothes hangers above the coffee pot. Cigarette burns on bed cover. Staff at check in was very pleasant. The room to me was overpriced. It will take a lot for me to book in the future."
