"We stayed one night in a delux room over looking the pool. The room was ok, a bit worn. The bed was really hard. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. There was mould on the shower tiles that could have easily been wiped off. The roof top pool and bar were great and the staff were really lovely and helpful. "

"This is quite a nice hotel but not if you like your sleep !! I'm a very heavy sleeper & still stuggled. The local dogs next door at the laundry bark constantly and then just when you think you're going to get some sleep the roosters start and they go off from 4am until lunch time. I packed my bag and left 6 nights early just so I could get some sleep. The staff are very friendly though and helped me to change rooms straight away when my first room had no hot water."

"This property needs a major upgrade the room was run down dirty and tv air-con didnt work properly the bed had no top sheet or matress protector the staff were rude and uncarring The security guard at night didnt stop forieners from making excessive noise in the foyer for long periods of time throughout the night we paid for breakfast to be told by reception there is no breakfast but i wouldnt eat food from there anyway This place is a discgrace to Bali as all the other places we have stayed...
