Our first time staying at The Mahata. What a beautiful boutique type stay. The room was amazing. Beautiful pool. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you, always addressing you by name. The food and service impeccable. Can't speak highly enough. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our return to Bali 10/10

This was our first time at the Magani and the outstanding customer service blew us away. We have stayed at higher end hotel with poorer service. The lobby is bright and spacious as are the rooms. So if you come to Bali it’s got to be the Magani simply for the smiles and the level of customer care! Well done and we will be back!

Rama Residence Padma is an amazing hotel for those coming to Bali and wishing to stay in the Legian/Seminyak area. The location is situated a few minutes from the beach, the hotel has a lovely pool and lounge area and great amenities. However, the real USP is the customer service - the staff are helpful and friendly and for a hotel so reasonably priced this really sets it apart from some of its higher priced competitors. We stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute. The rooms and facilities were excellent, the morning breakfast was lovely and fresh. The staff were amazing so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Always smiling, would highly recommend!

Brilliant hotel in a very nice location in Kuta. Quiet but has minimart, laundry’s and restaurants on its doorstep. A 15 mins walk to the main Legian area or a 5 mins taxi. Hotel facilities and the rooms are fantastic and the pool area is amazing.

Stayed in Bali for a week and had to change hotels from my original reservation is hotel. Best decision made. This is a great hotel and well worth the money spent. Great restaurant at the hotel. Saw many customers taking taxis in and out of the hotel restaurant so must be highly regarded in the area. Great service and great location near beach. More quiet then Kuta beach area

5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend this hotel ,a cosy quiet paradise in legian ,Jess ,Dian and all the staff are amazing and so helpful, short walk to shops and beach but in a quiet secluded area , breakfast was excellent and could have bought to you room , beds was comfortable ,regular room clean , restaurant open all day and evening food value food and drinks can't wait to return

Great little enterprise. Excellent staff. Very private. comfortable accommodation. The only down side was the food it is not made on site so it was cold when a served in the Villa. However there is a microwave in the kitchen so 1 minute ding and it was hot. This is a couple only accomodation

The Villa that we stayed in was fantastic. It was the perfect base for exploring Bali, we went as a family of four with two daughters. The staff were brilliant, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Githa and Yulie were especially amazing and did a great job looking after us and making breakfasts in the morning, these were incredible especially the Nasi Goreng. The villa and the private pool was amazing... everything was right except that breakfast isn't available! Loved the stay and the villa.. conveniently located also... a nespresso machine is also available at the villa

The staff were very friendly from the pool attendant, gardners to restaurant for breakfast. The views were lovely & nothing was too much trouble. Booking out was easy & very helpful storing bags before leaving for airport.
